To my complete amazement I was wrong about Taylor Dodge. I spent 7hrs with a very patient Todd Zummallen who showed me several cars and went on several test drives. He helped me get not only the car i wanted but the one that would suit my families life style. Ashley also helped out by assisting my daughter (3 yrs old) while i was dealing with todd. Now thats going above and beyond (thank you Ashley again)! Steve Roti one of the best financial representitives i have ever dealt with. Hes quick and very thorough at his job. They know their cars and how to treat people well. Treating people well is a big concern and shows professionalism. We appreciate the no pressure approach. One thing that is kind of a policy with us, is that we like to sleep on our big decisions. If we have a good nights sleep, we feel that it is right. If we toss and turn and the purchase keeps us up all night, then it is not a good move. This policy has worked for us in buying cars, real estate and other larger purchases. We went over and looked at the vehicles and the 2014 Jeep Patriot caught my eye. Randy was very helpful and got the keys so we could take a test drive. After our test drive, we went inside and worked out a great deal! This is my first new vehicle and i love it. I didn't expect such a easy-going and helpful dealer. He was awesome! A month later(a few days ago) my mom went BACK to Randy because he was so awesome to buy herself a jeep! She came home with a 2013 Jeep Compass.
