The first time I was looking for a very specific Dodge Durango for my wife and the guys at Taylor were able to locate one very quickly and get it shipped to the dealership. The second time I was looking for another specific Jeep Cherokee that no dealer had on any lots. Taylor had a very close match to what I was looking for but was only missing heated seats. None of the other dealers ever mentioned that heated seats could be and after the sale. We were able to strike a deal that I was very happy with and avoided the long tedious wait for a Cherokee to be ordered.The Sales department is very low key, they will ask if you need help but do not hover over you while you look around.
