I would not recommend Taylor Ford service department. My father recently went in to have his truck looked at. He purchased it from taylor ford and it was still under warranty. He had some problems with the father recently went in to have his truck looked at. He purchased it from taylor ford and it was still under warranty. He had some problems with the power steering in which they fixed. He also could not open the back door of his pick up truck. The handle was broken. They told him it was not under warranty and would cost $240 to fix. He decided to not get it fixed and then was charged $100 because they looked at it and told him it was broken. Are you kidding me?!? He knew it was broken that is why he brought it to be fixed. I don't know what kind of genius mechanic it took to figure out it was broken and why it would cost $100 to be looked at. Absolutely ridiculous you would charge a loyal customer that kind of money to tell them something was broken that they already knew was broken. More
