I am not a new customer to Taylor Ford. I have bought many vehicles, but that being said my husband and I research before each buy and drive several cars, including those of Ford competitors. In short, we are very well informed and very picky. Andrew is the reason I come to Taylor Ford. He is by far the most knowledgeable, friendly and honest salesperson I have ever bought a car from. He gives valuable insight about options, asks questions about what I think I need and why and then helps me to find it. I can honestly say that I recommend him to all my friends and family and have never once had any kind of negative feedback. The other reason I choose Taylor Ford is for the service department and Chris Geletzke in particular. He goes out of his way to ensure that any issue with my vehicle is handled to my 100% satisfaction. To find both great sales and great service in one dealership is not as easy as it sounds, but Taylor Ford provides both. More

We had been "dealing" with another dealership in Oakland County. The salesman was not helpful at all, when it came to helping us with financing our vehicle. Phil Maher greeted us with a smile and the confidence of a seasoned sales person. He knew what he was doing, and that put us at totally at ease. Add in the expertise of Kipp Tait, the Business Manager at Taylor Ford and you have a great team! Kipp managed to get us into our vehicle with a reasonably low finance rate, even though our credit history was not exactly perfect. We are very happy with Taylor Ford, and we have already told our friends and family that is the place to go when you are looking for a new or used vehicle! More

The customer service that I received from Dan Stephens was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Very helpful in finding a car for me that fit my budget. don moon was excellant,very attentive and explained everything 2 us(my wife and i leased 2 cars)the price wasnt what i expected,we leased the 2 cars because all of the ads in the paper,(and that goes everything 2 us(my wife and i leased 2 cars)the price wasnt what i expected,we leased the 2 cars because all of the ads in the paper,(and that goes for all the dealershhips)border on false advertising to bring people in .i could have gotten the cars for a little cheaper at village ford,but taylor ford is closer to my home and we really liked don....we both love our fusions very much and i guess i cant complain about the price to much,,,although the dealership gave us an extra 250 dollar coupon on top of our trade ins,both of our oldsmobles were valued at 1000 a piece(or that is what i thought)but we did not get the extra 250 per car with the coupons ....other than that,everything was excellant,but that is why i just put down good instead of great for the price,(because i think we should have gotten those 2 coupons added to our trade ins).will definantly come back to this dealer and don moon when our lease is up....overall 4 and a half stars out of 5,not too shabby. More

Don moon and the financing derpartment were more than helpful when getting us into our new truck. Don was very understanding and listened to everything we told him, he didn't try to push a vehicle on us helpful when getting us into our new truck.
