In regard to my excellent recent experience at Taylor Ford with your experienced salesman, Lou Horger, whom I now refer to as "The Hat Man". I stopped by for a few minutes one day in late June and was eyeballing various models in the parking lot when the "Hat Man" came up to me to offer any help and answer my questions, showing he is a "go getter", not sitting in his office chair. I was in a hurry, my being a Realtor with National Realty Centers, Livonia, to complete a sale of two commercial buildings I was working on nearby. The last day of June, I returned to see Louis Horger,remembering how helpfull he was, and had an excellent experience buying a new Taurus and trading in my Fusion. I said I want a "red Taurus", which is in short supply,and after a five state search by computer,he found one year Youngstown, Ohio, which Your team went to get and had it sitting by your front door the next afternoon by 5:00 P.M.when I came by to take delivery and turn in my Fusion. I drove out in the new red Taurus within the hour to make another realtor appointment by 6:30 P.M. After a bad experience at a different dealer, I decided I would try Taylor Ford since I found out they have a large inventory. I entered the dealership and was promptly helped by Andrew Louttit. He listened to what I wanted and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicle and its options. While the exact vehicle I wanted was proving difficult to find, he showed me a few that were close. For various reasons, I decided not to get those specific vehicles, so Andrew took my information and said he would keep looking. A week or so later he gave me a follow-up call to give me an update on his search. Then about a week later he called again stating that a vehicle I may be interested in came off the truck that morning and he immediately thought of me. I bought the vehicle that day. My husband and I bought a Fusion Dec 09 from Jim and loved the service we recieved. He did not push for anything we didn't want. Jim went above and beyond to find me another car that was as close as possible or better than the one I was waiting for. Jim pulled through and I recieved my car that night. After we picked it up he sat with my husband and I for over an hour making sure we had basic knowledge of my cars features. I am extremly happy with the service I recieved with Jim.
