I leased over 15 years with Ford and did not receive lease loyalty when promised. I turned my previous vehicle in and waited 4 months for new vehicle due to backlog delay. When acquiring new vehicle I lease loyalty when promised. I turned my previous vehicle in and waited 4 months for new vehicle due to backlog delay. When acquiring new vehicle I paid premium for lease because of not meeting the time period allowed to receive lease loyalty. This is a Ford issue. More
