My sales representative (Frankie Tucci) did an excellent job with assisting me with my 2022 Bronco order back in February and kept me updated when the order was complete. The issue I did have is with the fi job with assisting me with my 2022 Bronco order back in February and kept me updated when the order was complete. The issue I did have is with the finance person (the blond lady - Sue). She seemed irritated when I wouldn't take the initial interest rate that she was able to secure for me (6.49%). I had to let her know that I was not that desperate to have a new car to where I would just accept anything and I know I am more than qualified. She kept trying to discourage me from having other quotes from other banks (I'm not sure of that reason, I think she just didn't want to do the work), but I was not comfortable with the monthly payment. I insisted that she check with credit unions also. Overall, she was able to secure a 3% interest rate (for 84 months) for my new Ford 2022 Bronco. I'm sure she surprised herself with that. I'm not sure if she stero-typed me initially, but she should work like that for every customer- to try to get them the lowest interest rate as possible. Thanks More
