I brought my truck in January for a windshield wiper motor replacement, washer fluid leak, and a roof leak. They replaced the wiper motor, told me there was no leak from the fluid. But the motor didn't work, and the basin was full and somehow it was empty. Couldn't use it but it dissappeared. So i brought my husband in and the manager spoke very differently to him. Definitely treated him with more respect as he treated me like i was crazy. So i drove it home again and Not more than 10 miles from the dealership the washer fluid leaked out completely. Yes, there really is a leak. Sent a photo of it. Said we could fix it when it goes in for the seal. They ordered the roof seal and said they'd call when it came in. Could take 8wks cuz it's on backorder. Never received a call for the roof seal. I called in September as the rain was leaking through even more, and they claimed they had the wrong number. Interesting because I have texts and voicemails to show we spoke. In the mean time I brought the truck to a different mechanic who fixed the disconnected washer fluid line that was leaking into the body of the truck and out the bottom of the truck. In September the roof seal was finally replaced. Then another roof leak occurred. Brought it back and it was repaired. So far things are fine. But the service is not what i expected from them. More
