Purchasing process took way longer than necessary. They think if they wait you out for hours and hours that they can upsell you on all the xx add-ons. Sold me a 2023 truck with 1 key fob and told me t They think if they wait you out for hours and hours that they can upsell you on all the xx add-ons. Sold me a 2023 truck with 1 key fob and told me they’d either get the 2nd fob from the previous owner or order and send me a new one. Now the sales person has refused to return any of my 3 calls to ask if this is being resolved. Won’t even consider being a return customer in the future. More

If you are in the market for a new Ford or a quality used car , I recommend you make the trip out to Manteno Ford and give them the opportunity to help you make the right car purchase. I am a retired senior, and Jim and Tim helped me find the right truck for my needs. They didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need.
