When we initially visited this dealership, we didn't have a good experience so we left without purchasing. We visited another dealership and had made plans to purchase from the other dealership the followin a good experience so we left without purchasing. We visited another dealership and had made plans to purchase from the other dealership the following day. However, the next day, Julia from Taylor Ford reached out to ask about the experience. When I explained to her what happed with the initial salesperson, she immediately forwarded the information to Tim, who called me right away. Tim, who was so pleasant, listened to our concerns, and immediately went to work to find a deal for us. Being very hesitant, we weren’t expecting anything to come of it. Boy were we wrong!! Tim was patient and listened to what we wanted and was committed to making it happen. We were just so pleased and blown away when we went to the dealership a second time because we were greeted by our new salesperson Amy and also Tim who went out of their way to Help us. Amy went on a test drive with us and answered all of our questions. I can’t thank Amy Julia Tim and Chipper enough because they totally changed our perception of the dealership and made a frustrating experience so rewarding. We have been telling everyone about this dealership and how wonderful they are! More

2011 Ford Taurus Ok experience. I bought my car in cold weather. Didn’t have a great chance to look at inside a warm building. They did offer and I didn’t ask so I’m guessing somewh I bought my car in cold weather. Didn’t have a great chance to look at inside a warm building. They did offer and I didn’t ask so I’m guessing somewhat my fault. On the test drive I noticed a tire warning light was on. They checked the pressure and it was good in all tires. Brought the car back and it was the TPMS were bad. But since I didn’t get it on the “We Owe” it was own me to get it fixed out my pocket. Felt they could have done more on that issue. More
