I was in the market for a Nissan King Cab 4WD pick up. I saw on the internet that Taylor’s Auto Max had one that was exactly what I was looking for. Sean was great to work with. He listened to our specific needs, and made sure we knew our options. He was patient as we explored each one, and came to our final decision. But when it came to getting a trade needs, and made sure we knew our options. He was patient as we explored each one, and came to our final decision. But when it came to getting a trade in value, we were not given honesty. We did research on how much our trade in was worth, and should have listened to our gut instincts on the fact they were cheating us. It is now listed for almost 2x the amount they gave us. That is hard on a family trying to make every dollar count. We were saddened to know that we were duped by old fashioned car dealership tactics. Shame on us. More
