He checked out the features that I had expressed interest in but only that. As it turned out the truck had two issues that we found when I drove it. We went forward with the sale anyway and that went very smooth. Overall, I needed a truck and felt confident that Jay was going to get me in it and driving home soon. Gary Lipnickey did everything within his power to keep me abreast of my car's approximately delivery and then gave me first cabin service upon its arrival. He hooked me up with Cindy in service to have my car prepared with window and paint protection. Gary lent me his car to give me free access to Great Falls while my car was being treated with the protection coat. I am extremely pleased with my VW Jetta TBI and have had many of my friends and colleagues become very impressed with my new car! I will encourage others to deal with Gary as his no pressure approach has sales potential! More
