Rookie of the year Stuart may be new...but he went out of his way to find a vehicle for us.....we searched over six different lots and Taylors had some of best selection Stuart may be new...but he went out of his way to find a vehicle for us.....we searched over six different lots and Taylors had some of best selections.....Stuart however found us a diamond in the rough and if it wasn't for his small talk and quick whit......we would have just looked instead of purchased. Poor service I wanted to buy a new vehicle, and had service right away. The vehicle I was not on the lot, but would locate one for me. A day later I get a call. Th I wanted to buy a new vehicle, and had service right away. The vehicle I was not on the lot, but would locate one for me. A day later I get a call. The sales person only looked in billings, and not another location. Which I was able to do on my own. I made a decision that day to buy one of the new cars that would come from billings. But that day I was pushed back behind 2 other customers, and my calls were returned at closing. My sales person was taking the next day off and promised that new vehicle was on its way and I could proceed with purchase in two days. I arrived to find the vehicle was not there, nor requested from billings. I was low balled on my trade in. What was promised in price was not what they wrote up, the fee's I was not reaponsible for, are now my responsibility. Finally had to fight for what was discussed two days ago and the financing was not even close to what was promised. Still the car was not in its way, the staff wouldn't return my 3 calls after I applied for a credit check, which I was approved! I pulled out of the sale. They were unprofessional, kept trying to add to my costs, and didn't respect my time. More

Good experience. Hadn't planned on buying a vehicle when I drove in, but there was a 2013 Sierra 2500 HD from a Canadian auction on the lot. Wasn't the color I wanted, but is fully loaded, in good shape and the price was reasonable. Ended up trading in 2011 F-150 and drove the GMC home. Has worked out really well so far. More
