If it werent for Ron Cooper, i would have probably not bought from Taylors, I was approached by another gentleman about a week prior and was not impressed at all with him. Someone recommended Ron to me so bought from Taylors, I was approached by another gentleman about a week prior and was not impressed at all with him. Someone recommended Ron to me so i went back mainly to just test drive some GM models, no intent on buying. Ron made my experience better than any other dealership tried this month and better than any experience ive had in the past buying a car. He was very friendly, caring and tended to the kind of car i wanted and didnt try messing with me after i told him i only want a CHEVY OR GMC. As i said in the beginning the ONLY reason WHY i bought from taylors is because of ron cooper. He made me feel welcomed and at home, not like i was at a bloodsucking car dealership. We had just bought a used 5th wheel trailer to replace our old 1985 RV. Jay Schabarker met us in spite of the rain and wind when we stopped to look at a 07 chevy 3/4 ton truck. He wasn't pushy - listened to what we were thinking of doing, offered advice, reviewed online other pickup choices. He didn't jump right into trying to make a sale but took his time to assess what we had to trade in. Throughout the process I think he tried his best to negotiate us the best possible trade in value. Overall we are very pleased with the new truck and was especially glad we had the more powerful truck on our maiden voyage to Lewistown last weekend with the 5th wheel in all that wind. I went to Taylor's auto max for one reason an one reason only, there the best. My father and many of his friends have sworn by Taylor's author max my entire life, so when I needed a vehical Taylor's reason only, there the best. This being the second vehical I've perchased from Taylor's I feel like I truly have a safe and reliable vehical. When I was looking at what was on Taylor's lot for a possible vehical I never felt like I was being hunted, an that's a good thing because other places make me feel like I'm a ten point buck in the middle of the rut. When I found the perfect truck for me I delt with Jay Schabarker. He treated me veary well. He gave me some awsome financial advice. I appreciated that a lot. He also got me an amazing deal on the truck. He is an amazing guy. I would recommend dealing with jay to anyone.
