A shaky start, resulting in a lifelong customer My first visit to Taylor's to buy a pickup, started on a negative trend. I wound up purchasing a truck,due to a problem with the aftermarket tires that had been put on the truck by the previous owner, there was a chaotic and costly process that had to happen. Sales Manager Tom, remembered me from the purchase and went above and beyond to find a solution to the problem while being fair to both myself and the dealership. There is the letter of the law, and the spirit of the law,Tom earned my loyalty by simply doing the right thing. We loved the truck so much,, I went back 4 days later and bought ANOTHER!! I was promptly greeted by one of the most friendly, laid back , knowledgeable salespeople I have ever encountered. His name was Sean. I had explained my prior experience to him and he was simply amazingly helpful. I have been a 'Retail Manager for a major box store for 20 years. If I didn't respect Taylor's, and their service so much, I would have hired him on the spot to work for me! In a town with so many options for car sales, people like Sean,Princeton and Tom really show what sets them apart from the rest. I had a bottom line no haggling fair deal and at the sign of a problem, a speedy and reasonable compromise., That is what brought me back 4 days later,Sean ,from minute one was professional,informative and understood the value of true customer service resulting in the the most pleasant car buying experience I think I have ever had. There are some great people there,m in conjunction with a good management team whom although are in business to make money, also understand how to treat a paying customer. More

Overall Good Experience But Mr Sanders was knowlegable and easy to work with. He put us on quite a few vehicles before we found what we needed, on the second visit. Dave in finance went above and beyond for us, as we were working with an out of state credit union and much paperwork had to be faxed back and forth. The only hitch came as we were transferring our belongings to the new vehicle. We found out then there was only one key to the new one and it would cost about $200 to get a second. At a bare minimun, I think we should have gotten a programmed key at dealer cost. Had we not found out about the one key issue at the last minute, we might still be looking as my wife was even more unhappy than myself. More

I went looking online at several dealers and only found a few that would be new enough and with in my price. Jay Schabarker was well informed on the truck that had picked out to go on a test drive. I did find some things that would need to be addressed before I signed to buy. They took care of the problems and got me an even better price then what I offered. I was also on a tight time frame to come down and get the truck and sign the papers, I was in and out in less then 45 min. Great job from everyone that was involved with me getting a new truck!!
