Jay, You spoke with Scott and Kristine not Steve and Kriston and we did apologize to you. As we stated the vehicle was sold that afternoon at our store and I was traveling that day and not at the store that sold it. You clicked the buy button at 8:57 our time and when I woke up the next day I was notified that our store sold the VW. I logged into the eBay account to remove it and saw that you had clicked the button. I sent a cancellation to you and just explained that our store had sold it earlier that day. You then told us you would give the customer 5k dollars and give us 30k for the car when we were asking 22,600. We don't do business like that with our customers. It is a first come first serve situation and there was a slight delay and we are sorry but we tried to handle things as quickly as possible. Matt Raymond Director of Digital Operation

Matt, You had the car currently on Ebay, and also active on your web site. I hit buy it now, and when I arranged to make payment, someone messaged thru ebay the car was sold. They would not even provide a phone call or a phone number. I saw the location and they also sell new chevys, so I googled and found it was the Chevy Dealer. It was still for sale on their website the entire following day, so the info Matt provided is not consistent. I talked to three people, and one told me it was the managers car. Who knows, I am a collector, and promised this car to my family for the summer, so I offered more money. They claimed they made a mistake, but failed even to take it off their normal website. False advertising, false information, lack of consistency, i have perfect Ebay Rating, they have Ebay Rating of zero. . Even if they forgot to take it off Ebay, they also left it for sale on their website. Buyer beware as there are other bad reviews. I am responding as I was emailed for a response, by them. I have no idea what are their intentions on this sale.

I have friends and family that sell vehicles, I have been around it for almost 20 years and I know for a fact my car is worth $16,000 and not $9,000. What I was told specifically is if I was given the $16,000 for my trade the price of the truck would start at $51,000 and not the sale price of $40,000 which makes no sense. The “other” factors that prevented me had nothing to do with the offer of $9,000. The other factor was a co-signer because of negative equity, which I knew had but not the extra $7,000 you guys tried to give me. But it’s all good, I’m getting the same truck with 10 miles, the same msrp, $16,000 for my trade in and still staying $7,000 below whatever price you guys gave me from another dealership.
