Car was in another location at Team they offered to bring car to Salisbury for us to see it but we were required to give a 1000.00 non refundable deposit. Please read the small pint see below : Prices do not include charges for tax, tag, title, $798 administrative fee or $498 Zurich Protection package. All pricing reflects $1,000 trade assistance incentive and $1,500 Down Payment Assistance - They were adding to the price if the vehicle 1,000 because there was no trade in. (Really)! We didn’t need the down payment assistance but that also was added back in. Communication was terrible. All they were concerned with was how long I wanted to finance and what I needed my monthly payment to be. Be aware ! Received several calls from them after we left trying to finalize the deal . No Way ! Be honest and up front with people. More
I was recently stranded on a Saturday by a dead battery in Salsbury while passing through the area (I am from Virginia). Chris in service was awesome! He advised me as to the most likely issue, and subsequently stayed after hours to get me back on the road! Obviously this was the first time I had done business with them, but if this situation was any indication of how they treat their regular customers in service, would highly recommend them to anyone living in the area. I purchased a used car they had online, they advertised on their website and on ebay. I clicked buy it now, then I got a turse email, with no explanation that they cancelled the deal. I called the dealers on their website and on ebay. I clicked buy it now, then I got a turse email, with no explanation that they cancelled the deal. I called the dealership, talked to a few people including who they said was the dealer principal. It seems they sold the car twice. Never even said sorry. They gave me some excuse that the internet guy was out of town, but I have a sold invoice that they are not going to honor. The car was a VW they were selling. Still was on their site when they claimed it was sold twice. More

Went in because they had a 2020 Silverado rst demo with 7k miles on it listed online for $39,999. I wanted to trade in my 2018 Chevy malibu premier with 39,400 miles. They wanted to give me $9,000 for it a 7k miles on it listed online for $39,999. I wanted to trade in my 2018 Chevy malibu premier with 39,400 miles. They wanted to give me $9,000 for it and told me if I wanted the $16,000 appraisal, I would “ lose” the sale price and go back to the listed price of $51,000. They were trying to make their money back because the truck had so bit of rebates being a demo. Don’t trust them, have family that runs dealerships so I know when they are trying to sneak stuff by me. Don’t go to this dealership not trust the sales team. Also I asked for a copy of the offer sheet or to take a picture of it and was denied. Not good business More
Disapointed Salesman Bobby did a nice job keeping in touch with me and letting me know when the truck I was looking for arrived on the lot. Price shown on the in Salesman Bobby did a nice job keeping in touch with me and letting me know when the truck I was looking for arrived on the lot. Price shown on the internet was agreeable so I made a visit. It all went south from there. Sales man and sales manager immediately started asking questions like what is your current payment, how much equity do you have in your trade, How much o you want your monthly payment to be etc. I suggested that the order in which I would like to proceed included, test driving new vehicle, hearing what they would offer me for my trade, what the residual value of the new truck would be at the end of the lease term and what the interest rate was on the lease. None of these ques6tions were ever answered. Instead they started asking the same series of questions again. Along the way they asked for the payoff on my trade. When I gave it to them they then advised that the 10 day payoff was insufficient and that they needed the 20 day payoff (I've been trading vehicles every 2 years for the past 30 years and never heard of this) when I asked for an explanation I got some song and dance that made no sense. However since Bobby told me that he had previously worked at a Toyota Dealership, and since my trade was financed by Toyota, I assumed that he knew what he was talking about. Bobby then pulls up the Toyota finance website and asks me to enter my log in information so he can ascertain the 20 day payoff. As soon as I do this I see front and center what my current monthly payment is. After searching around a bit, Bobby says, " it looks like it isn't here, and I guess we can proceed without.it". At that point the distrust factor jumped to 100%. When the sales manager started again on his series of questions I announced I was leaving. The stores general manager followed me into the parking lot and told me that THEY DID NOT NEED MY BUSINESS. I will never stop in this dealership again, and have decided that my initial instinct not to buy a GM product was in fact the correct one (HAVE HAD OTHER BAD EXPEREINCES WITH GM DEALERS OVER THE YEARS). Still looking for a truck, but will now only consider Toyotas or Hondas. All the dealer had to do was answer my questions and he would have had a sale as I was ready to buy, and had in fact told them that. Sometimes people cant get our of their own way I guess? More
dealer changed price at the table and then sold out from underneath me. Very large waste of time. Be careful before you drive across town to get worked over. underneath me. Very large waste of time. Be careful before you drive across town to get worked over. More
