Took my car in for an oil change on a Saturday and got a call saying I needed my battery cleaned. Got that done trusting them to do a good job well. Didn’t drive it all weekend after the service work then o call saying I needed my battery cleaned. Got that done trusting them to do a good job well. Didn’t drive it all weekend after the service work then on Monday when I finally go to turn it on to go to work my car doesn’t turn on at all, got it jumped and didn’t even drive it for a minute when it shut off on me again then I called in to see if they could help me with a tow truck just to find out in order to have a tow come get my car I need to purchase that service but this was all on them because my car was fine before this oil change/battery cleaning. So got my car jumped again just for it to dead again on my way to Addy’s Dodge in the middle of traffic. My car at this point didn’t want to start even after getting it jumped, waited about 15 minutes and tried to jump it again and luckily that worked. Once I get the the dealership they tell me they will give me a call and let me know what’s going on, never got a call so at 1:30 PM I call in to check on my car and they tell me it’s ready and the battery cables were just loose so again they did this. I go pick up my car 6 PM which I told them I wouldn’t get there till then because I was at work, get there and the sales guy couldn’t find my keys so he goes to the mechanic and he can’t find them either so he starts making calls. At this point I’m so frustrated, finally my keys are found but no paperwork was given to me as to what was done so the mechanic tells me it’ll be mailed to me. I get in my car and the engine light is still on so I go back in and tell him it’s on so he takes it to the back to fix it. I waited till around lunch time the next day to see if someone calls me but no call so I called in to speak to a manager and tell him everything that happened because how can I trust things were even done to my car, this could’ve been worse and I could’ve caused a wreck by my car shutting off on me in the middle of traffic. The “manager” gets my information and tells me he will email me the paperwork that same day, well I am still waiting and still haven’t received any source of paperwork. More
