Great People to work with from sales through service! Sales works very hard to find the vehicle you need to obtaining financing for you. They keep me updated on the progress and if I need a ride or a loaner they always have that for me as well. Marlaina and Vaughn are great customer service representatives and always make me feel like a valued customer. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Addy's in the past 6 1/2 years. Will likely go there first when I am ready for the next one! More

Other aspects of the dealership could use some improvement for sure. They replaced a power steering line and it failed soon after. Horrible mechanics 3 time for a carpet replacement what a nightmare.first time I dropped off they said it was a mistake they didn’t have carpet second time they replaced carpet but never hooked up Bluetooth nightmare.first time I dropped off they said it was a mistake they didn’t have carpet second time they replaced carpet but never hooked up Bluetooth wires and storage compartment was stick up 4” carpet was bunched under compartment and seat still loose!!!!!!!!
