They exceeded my expectations! I responded to a listing on Cargurus.com at Addy's. Made an appointment thru Alicen in the internet department. She set me up with Phillip C. I had I responded to a listing on Cargurus.com at Addy's. Made an appointment thru Alicen in the internet department. She set me up with Phillip C. I had tried to do business with Addy's previously but their pricing and policies got in the way. This time was different! Phillip is a young professional and he made the whole process easy for me. Their sale price for the day was cheaper than the internet price, that saved me money. They appraised my trade and gave me KBB trade in value (exactly the $ I was looking for), then they got me 2.99% finance rate thru Cap One, then they transferred my insurance with Traveler's and my monthly premium went down!?!? While I was dealing with the F&I department, and the Insurance department, the finished detailing the car, changed the oil, transferred my plates and put me back on the road. It went so well, that I mentioned I felt I was being "punked" and wondered aloud where the cameras were?? I purchased a Certified Pre Owned 2019 car, with only 16,000 miles on it, they extended the bumper to bumper warranty out to 39 months and I got the balance of the 100,000 mile power train warranty. It could not have gone any better! More
