Shady managers telling customers they are giving a good deal but taking the extra's off the sticker. No follow through either on promises made. I was told that I wouldn't need to pay the turn in fee in our lease if I bought another car. Which I did. They failed to tell me that I needed to either lease or buy through their finance. They of course say they told me that but that was never discussed. From the moment I entered the store I told them I was buying and we only discussed a lease once which I refused. So. They lied and said something that never happened. Also,. If you care about your safety, half the staff wasn't wearing masks and for the five hours I was there, no one was cleaning anything. More

Walked me through everything and never made it seem like a process. I was there for around 4 hours but it didnt feel like it at all. Finance was great in explaining everything and the follow up on the items that were given later was quick and everything was completed by the service department faster than their quoted timeframe.
