Overall I have had an amazing experience with this dealership. I bought my rogue here in 2016 and the whole process went very smoothly. I have always gotten my tire rotations oil changes and have also bought tires here before. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to me. I visited the service center this weekend and after the service was completed was approached by who I’m guessing was the maintenance manager? But am not sure. This dealership is not over an hour away from where I live, so I came here because I had the maintenance package I previously purchased. There are two other Nissan dealerships closer to my house. The manager informed me that at my last visit I had used my final free oil change and tire rotation. Now the service on my vehicle has already been completed at this point and I’m being told for the first time that my package has been exhausted. I explained to the manager no one informed me of this at my last appointment when I supposedly used the last free oil change and rotation and that I wouldn’t have had the maintenance completed there if I knew that. He did offer me a discount on the service, but being that I live over an hour away and came for just this plan, I felt it wasn’t fair to me to find out after everything was completed. The manager comped the cost which was very nice, and the service tech apologized for the issue saying it was her fault. But I feel it wasn’t her fault but that at my prior appointment I should have been told that my last free services were being used that way I didn’t drive out of my way for service that could have been completed less than 10 minutes from my house. Only complaint, make sure everything is covered and what you expected before service starts, so you don’t get any surprises. The staff is very friendly! More

We leased a car from Team Nissan, for my 90 year-old mother-in-law. Christine and Team Nissan picked out the perfect car that works for her, as well as the payments. If I could put 0 stars, I would. We bought a 2025 Frontier. It took 2 WEEKS for them to get the registration correct because we live in MA. GM Ralph Fast said we could drive it. Comm of MA DOES NOT recognize temp plates, even if they are "allowed" to. I wrote right to the registry for this answer. Mr. Fast kept telling us to drive it. NO! Then after we did get the registration, we noticed 4 large dents, a skewed moonroof on the roof and a rattle in the above area of the Frontier (looks like it was crunched somehow). Team Nissan looked back on the security camera and acknowledged it was like it when we bought it. They did offer to fix it, but wasn't sure how long it would take. Well, we didn't buy a damaged vehicle. We bought a new one. We asked for a few thousand off because we purchased a damaged vehicle. Mr. Fast says no. We also asked for a swap out of the vehicle. Mr. Fast says no. Then we brought back the vehicle which is allowed under the New Hampshire edition of the Uniform Commercial Code. Mr. Fast says he will charge us $100/day to store it, and "it is in a public place so it could get damaged (wink, wink)." How about working with the customer, Mr. Fast, instead of having a temper tantrum? I am shocked he is not willing to work with a customer since he bragged "he owns the place." The best (and only) part was our sales person Christine. She has kept us well informed with the registration issue and is genuinely nice to work with. I am sure Mr. Fast will take this incident out on her, but it is ALL HIM! Now we have to get an attorney involved. Really? We were willing to work with Mr. Fast, but he drew the line in the sand. I wonder how many others he has done this to when he doesn't get his way. I have never experienced a business (in any industry) doing this to a customer and not saying, let's talk this out. Please think twice about purchasing anything from this dealer. Service is good, but purchasing is not. More
