Took my car for a repair covered by the extended warranty on9/21/21. The service department evaluated the problem and then contacted the warranty company and they said they would not cover it. I had to pay $ on9/21/21. The service department evaluated the problem and then contacted the warranty company and they said they would not cover it. I had to pay $74.98 for the evaluation and was told they could complete the repair for $1,532.46 if I wanted but they didn't have the parts. I then called the extended warranty company and after threatening them with legal action they approved the repair. Team Nissan ordered the parts and after almost 3 months called and said they had them. Today they did they repair and told me I had to pay the $100.00 deductible and I said I already paid $74.98 so I only owed $20.02 to make up the $100.00 and of course they would not agree. They said they had to do two service appointments so that was why they wouldn't allow me to pay the difference. They had to do two appointments because they didn't have the parts and it took 3 months to get them! Will not ever give them any paid service and would not recommend them to anyone! More
