Lea was very professional and kind. She knew her product well and if she didn’t know she would go out of her way to not only learn herself but also for you the customer. A blessing after a bad experience We went to Team Nissan on Friday (12/6/19) and it was just after we had gotten almost 2 feet of snow. I was very impressed with the treatment that we We went to Team Nissan on Friday (12/6/19) and it was just after we had gotten almost 2 feet of snow. I was very impressed with the treatment that we received! Not only was the dealership parking lot very clean but the all of the customer parking spots were clean. I was so impressed with all of the customer spots designated for us and it felt great not to have to park just anywhere, front row parking on a very cold day! In addition to some challenges, their phone systems were down. The sales manager, Rob Miller, had all of the calls forwarded to his cell phone and was very pleasant to the constant interruption of his cell phone. He treated every customer whether on the phone or in front of him with the utmost respect! Leah and Shawn who are part of the sales team were amazing as well. They kept us informed of everything that happening and when we left I let them know, it was the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership in my life. Thank you Team Nissan, this won't be the last visit and I will be sure to send people your way! More

WE DON’T BUDGE AND COULD CARE LESS Visited 11/3/19 for a prescheduled appointment to look at an advertised used vehicle. Drove two hours. Salesman ok. Test drove vehicle and was read Visited 11/3/19 for a prescheduled appointment to look at an advertised used vehicle. Drove two hours. Salesman ok. Test drove vehicle and was ready to purchase vehicle, weirdly priced at $25,106. Sold if they covered the Maine sales tax. Nothing doing. That tax was about $1,300. They came back with an offer to take off $200, but are adding $495 dealership “cost”. Whatever that entails. No budging so we left. Before heading back home, called and suggested $24,400. No deal. So we headed home. They advertised a reprice that same night at 9:30 to reflect their whopping $200 reduction. We had left at 5:30. There’s more than one way to spell idiot I think. More

Worst car dealer of all time. Was given quote on 2nd car from this dealer. Their quote was the same as for the first car. My son went to buy, and they took advantage of my 22 Was given quote on 2nd car from this dealer. Their quote was the same as for the first car. My son went to buy, and they took advantage of my 22 year old, even though we had purchased one car already, and had a firm quote for the 2nd. These folks charge my young son 30 % more then the quote. You could say it was my fault for trusting a dealer; learned that lesson the hard way. Complained to the dealer and Nissan, USA. No sympathy. Once my son signed, it was too late; 2nd car, on the phone rate quote. These folks lie, steal, and cheat to get their commission. Biggest lying cheaters, and I have bought about 10 new cars in 20 years. When they say "Fast", watch out for this one; he will pick every penny out of your pocket. More
