I chose to do business with this dealership because of Dane and how he treated me. It was about an hour away for me, but worth every minute of the drive! I felt well-informed and taken care of throughout the entire sales process, and my car is absolutely beautiful. He even topped off my tank :) After several subpar experiences with other dealerships during my car shopping process, this experience was beyond refreshing. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and especially Dane. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me last night. Your customer service is phenomenal. I am so grateful to all of you. Thank you again. More

Temecula Hyundai did an oil change in my car 40,000 miles ago and they did not tighten down the drain plug. Because of that the plug had fallen out of the car and my wife drove the car with no oil in it or o ago and they did not tighten down the drain plug. Because of that the plug had fallen out of the car and my wife drove the car with no oil in it or oil pressure because of the drain plug. Had the car towed to the dealer on a weekend so they were closed and then the first weekday they were open they called to say the car is fine to come pick it up. I voiced my concern then stating they could not have properly looked at the car that quick cause you have to pull the motor apart and put it underneath the microscope to look for micro abrasions. They said it was fine. It’s been consuming more and more oil every oil change. I don’t take it back to them because of this issue. But today I took it in because I did the oil change and it was down like 2 1/2 quarts like I said it’s getting worse. So I brought it in. I talked to a service rider. Let him know the issue and that they had ran it out of oil and it’s causing more worse and worse issues. The service Rider told me I was wrong and that it couldn’t be from that because it was 40,000 miles ago. Remind you this was after I told them it’s gradually getting worse. Than the service Rider and I went back-and-forth like a couple of kindergarten nurses cause I was telling him he was wrong and he kept saying I was wrong.. then I spoke to the service manager, where I was very calm starting out told him the issue and that there’s no way they can say my car is not burning oil because they didn’t put the plug back in and I drove it without oil. They said he even said it couldn’t be that without looking and that he would agree with the service writer.. so I told him to explain to me what happens and what kind of damage can be caused from running a car without oil. He refused to tell me and this is word for a word. I do not have to tell you anything. So then I got upset stood up, opened their glass door way too hard, and it bounced off of the door stopper. I turned around and looked at him. I said I’m so sorry. I did not mean to open the door like that. I thought it was a lot heavier. I swear to God I didn’t mean to open the door like that I’m sorry.. He clinched his fist up xxxx his head to the side, like he would crack your neck, and like you could see him, biting down on his teeth with a grin on his face. You know the face and body language a lot of men do before they hit somebody. So I said, are you guys gonna look at my car or should I just take it home? It’s still under warranty. Don’t forget. He said I’m gonna have your car pulled around upfront and then he got onto the loudspeaker and you can hear the anger in his voice and he told them to pull my car upfront without helping me even though they’re the ones that didn’t put my drain plug-in properly., they’re the ones that were supposed to come and clean up the oil and never did so. I got fined by my HOA. And they’re the ones that refused to look at an issue they did knowing very well running a motor without oil can cause blow by which gets worse overtime. I also have a white Hyundai where the paints peeling off and they’re saying my car isn’t underneath the extended paint warranty even though it’s the same color with the same issues. Hyundai has the worst customer service after you buy a car. They want nothing to do with you. I spoke with the service writer and the service manager. And I was told I was wrong before they even looked at the car. And like I said, the service manager balled up his fist bit down on his teeth with a little smirk and cracked his neck by looking to like the side. That’s something somebody does when they have anger problems, and need to go to anger management. I know because I do the same thing. And I can read body language pretty well. So I’m unable to even get this resolved, even though my car is still under warranty because the employees at the Hyundai dealerships only care you’re buying a car.. it’s really sad actually. We used to be a Hyundai family. More
If I could give them zero stars, I would. We leased an Ioniq 6 for my wife, and overall, it is been a great car. It is our first lease, so we do not know all the ins and outs of leasing, but We leased an Ioniq 6 for my wife, and overall, it is been a great car. It is our first lease, so we do not know all the ins and outs of leasing, but we needed new tires, and read that the tires have to be approved by Hyundai. So, against my better judgement, my wife decided to get tires at Hyundai of Temecula, so Hyundai could not say anything about the tires we bought. It was a nightmare. She was overcharged for the tires. They admitted they overcharged her, and refunded the money to my wife. Of course, the refund did not go thru due to some fault on their end, so we ended up getting a roughly $300 check a week later. The tires were put on, and my wife picked up the car. She complained as we were leaving the house that the tires were messed up. I got out and looked, all four tires had grease/soap/tire lube smeared all over them. We have the SE tires, so it was a bad look. She got what looked like at least one used tire. It was not just dusty from sitting around, it was a dirty, used looking tire. To make matters worse, two of the SE wheel/rims had deep gouges in them! So we got used tire(s), greasy wheels, damaged wheels......they agreed to order us new tires, and repair the wheels. They said we could get the car back in two days......two weeks later, my wife is called to come pick up her car. I talked on the phone an hour prior, to Hyundai, and they said they fixed the wheel. The Wheel, I said it was two that were damaged, they said they fixed the wheels. My wife got down to pick the car up, and of course they only fixed one wheel. We got the car back a few days later but it was about two weeks due to their negligence. They lost our business for service and when we get our next car. The managers were worthless! and did not return calls when they said they would.........they should be embarrassed...... More
