Philip was amazing in taking time to help me set up my digital key. Didn’t fix the problem, now I have to wait for the brakes to fail for your team to fix the problem. We recently purchased a Lexus RZ 350e from Philip at Temecula Valley Lexus, and I wanted to share the experience. We originally stopped by Toyota to look at the new bZ, but were told they were closed Temecula Valley Lexus, and I wanted to share the experience. We originally stopped by Toyota to look at the new bZ, but were told they were closed. No big deal timing happens. From there, we went over to Temecula Valley Lexus. Even though they were technically closed, one of the sales guys came out, greeted us, and was willing to help. That simple act of professionalism and hospitality made a big impression. We came back the next day and ended up purchasing the Lexus RZ 350e. It’s amazing how customer service and willingness to go the extra mile can make all the difference.
