This my 5th brand new Escape at Tenvoorde. My experience had been great. This time no one showed me how to use my car. I was given a 2019 car while mine was getting ready, that was nice. Jorge Torres was a had been great. This time no one showed me how to use my car. I was given a 2019 car while mine was getting ready, that was nice. Jorge Torres was a great sales person until I picked up my car, then he had no time to show me anything. I watched You Tube videos to learn a lot about and how to work a number of things with this car. When I stopped by to complain about something, he told me I had to deal with Ford. When looking at my car, I indicated I really wanted a sunroof, he said “we can put one in” it would be in the price of the car, low and behold, it wasn’t. I am good advertising for Tenvoorde and the Escape, not sure I would return after nearly 15 years. Bad customer care once the car was sold. More
