Luckily for Tenvoorde, you have a real gem in one of your service advisors, namely Jim Niemuth!!! If it wasn't for him, our rating would probably have been somewhere around a 1. He took the ball and made things happen for us!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH JIM!!!! Because of him, we will most undoubtedly be back for our next vehicle. More

I bought a Ford private party and a few days later the car wouldn’t start. When I managed to get it to run I brought it to Tenvoorde and they immediately knew I needed a new key while a different shop was car wouldn’t start. When I managed to get it to run I brought it to Tenvoorde and they immediately knew I needed a new key while a different shop was saying it was the ignition system. I left paying under $100 when a shop quoted me nearly triple that. Fast service and fair pricing will keep me coming back! More
