Above and beyond! I recently bought 10 ply tires for my brand new F150 so that it would haul my RV easier. In the process one of my clamp on mirrors had a plastic clip I recently bought 10 ply tires for my brand new F150 so that it would haul my RV easier. In the process one of my clamp on mirrors had a plastic clip broken making it useless. Jim my service advisor went over and above and when he couldn't get the clip he got me a new mirror. This was a class act and I will always remember this. What a great way to treat customers! BRAVO. The new tires are great and the work was performed flawlessly. Thank You! More

Oil Change I was not impressed with the quality of service I received when I had a routine oil change done on my car. I had an oil change done and I brought my c I was not impressed with the quality of service I received when I had a routine oil change done on my car. I had an oil change done and I brought my car home and it started to leak oil on my garage floor (my car has never leaked oil). I called back the next day to schedule an appointment to get it looked at. I had to wait a week to get back in which did not make me very happy considering my car was leaking oil. I finally got back in a week later and one of your service guys told me it was not oil that was leaking and but it was transmission fluid leaking. He wanted me to fix some transmission gasket which was like a $500 repair. I told him it was oil coming from either my oil plug or oil filter. I finally had to get the service manager involved. The service manager brought me into the shop to look at my car. I literally wiped off oil coming from my oil plug. The service manager replaced the gasket on my oil plug, which was the issue the entire time. I waited for 2.5 hours during this appointment that should of took 20 minutes. I will never come back to this location again for aby service work and I will not recommend this service center to anyone I know! The service guy that checked me in and told me false information about my car and its condition was named James. Not impressed with his work at all. More
