Tenvoorde used to throw me a set of keys, now you are basically renting a vehicle. The person I scheduled the appointment should have done a better job explaining the loaner process to me and I would have declined the loaner. One more thing - your car wash is awful. Highly recommend customers to decline the car wash.. If you get your vehicle washed, you will end up having to take it to another car wash to complete the job. More

new truck purchase I came to Tenvoorde Ford and met Darin Ennen at the door. I had just had a crash with my vehicle a couple of days earlier and was trying to figure ou I came to Tenvoorde Ford and met Darin Ennen at the door. I had just had a crash with my vehicle a couple of days earlier and was trying to figure out what to do for my transportation needs. I was interested in a F150 to replace my old one and thought that a more current year would be a good choice for me. Darin showed me some new F150's that were on the lot and explained what a great value a new truck would be compared to used. I was hooked! But it wasn't just the great deals that were available, it was how comfortable Darin made me feel and how accomodating he was to my current situation. I left the dealership in a new F150 - just to try it out for the weekend and to cover me as I had no vehicle to drive. When I came back on Monday to return the truck I was sure that I wanted to buy this truck! We filled out the paperwork and I am now the happy new owner of a 2019 F150 truck. Thank you Tenvoorde & Darin Ennen! I also spoke with Chris who described options to add to my new F150 and scheduled me for this work. To my amazement he called 2 days later to say that he was ready to get me in for this extra work and offered me a loaner for the time it would take to get the options taken care of. My whole experience at Tenvoorde Ford was stellar!. More

I had my brakes done a couple of years ago, they are squeaking now and it’s 100$ to troubleshoot the problem. I use you for all repairs as does my wife, we’ve both purchased new tires from you.. just seems like there should be customer loyalty discount for smaller items such as troubleshooting squeaky brakes. Positive note, staff is always upfront, polite and professional and that’s what keeps us coming back. More
