We did not benefit from bringing our Escape in early. The letter we got made it sound like there would be no penalty for ending the lease early. We were disappointed in the way our purchase of the new car was handled. We are not feeling good about the deal that we got. More

None lasting repair I had a censer issue with my 2013 Edge. They replaced the transmission shift mechanism and fixed problem. Now 2 1/2 years later. $400 to fix again. I was getting calls from a receptionist, Angie, to set appointments to meet with Darin when I already had discussed when I would be in to see him next. Which was confusing and a bit too much. 10/10 would buy a car again from Darin and would recommend him to my friends and family. He made the process quick and easy. I have had the car for 2 weeks or so now, and am very pleased with my purchase and my interactions with Darin. More
