Friendly people but very expensive. We had rear breaks put on our Edge awhile ago. One of the calipers was hanging up and made a rubbing sound from the start. However, we were off on a 3 week road trip so we didn't contact Tenvoorde until we returned. I took two weeks to get the car back in for the front brakes to be done. I told them about the bad caliper but they said they didn't find anything wrong. Of course it is still making the rubbing sound on occasion. Yes, they said bring it back if it acts up. But I've got many things to do in life besides spending the better part of a day with a problem that was not my fault. In my opinion if they can't find what the problem is they should replace them. It was VERY expensive to have the rear breaks done! KG. More

Consistency is the key; even though local shops may be less expensive, knowing that I'll get top flight service with a smile is worth it. Also, the granola bars and coffee continue to be available and a treat for early morning service appointments. More
