Will never be back We brought our f150 in for the shifting recall, and they did the recall but we were told we needed a new water pump. We were told it was leaking and the tank was empty. We brought it to our mechanic and he said that is a bunch of crap. There is nothing wrong with it and it isn't leaking. I think your service department tries to find things wrong when you do a recall just to make some money off of the recall More

Proceeded to try and sell me more new parts for another $500. I ended up fixing it myself at home for $130 and 20 minutes of labor. Also when they reinstalled the old resistor it was put in incorrectly. When I went to pick up the car the gal working the desk handed me the key and told me there was a map attached on where the car was out back. I asked if they could have it brought up front so I wouldn’t have to go search through their large lot, apparently that is not included in the customer service package, because she grumbled about it. She finally found someone to get the car and he went out there and started it and cleaned the snow off and proceeded to bring me the key back up to the lobby but not the car to the front! Had to ask again! Was planning on buying our next new F150 through Tenvoorde but will most likely be looking elsewhere now due to the poor customer service experience. Unfortunate as I would prefer to purchase a Ford through the local Ford dealership. More

If there is something that needs to be looked at, they let you know and make suggestions. It is entirely up to the individual whether or not you want the service department to make those repairs.
