Worst ever! Car was brought in with specific concerns as warranty was clouds to expiry. They modish every concern I had. Brought it to another Ford dealer due to a recall and they check out out previous concerns and found the problem to two of our major concerns. Luckily both were covered by our extended warranty or we would have had to pay out $3000.00 for the repairs on addition to our $400.00 payment to Tenvoorde Ford for the worst service ever. It's not hard to find a broken cam cover or btoken rear shock/ strut which both issues were brought to the Debbie departments attention. Extremely disappointed to say the least!!!! I would have given 0 stars if it' was an option! More

The service was amazing during the repair. 5 stars for the service department!!! However when my pregnant partner and I were in there buying the vehicle the person helping us buy the ve 5 stars for the service department!!! However when my pregnant partner and I were in there buying the vehicle the person helping us buy the vehicle was not very hospitable. We are thankful he added the warranty in the price without going over the details or giving us an option which covered the $2000 repair, but would of preffered a bottle of water while we waited for 2 hours for financing while it was very clear the rep and financing manager were talking about golf in the financing managers office. In fact, during the purchase process I received better service from Dan (another salesman) the day after who didn't even assist in the purchase of the car, he was still eager to help me get some items out of my trade-In. It's people like Jeremy and Dan that would make me go back. Not the person I bought the Van from originally. More
