I’ve always been treated very well in the service department. I had the Ford credit card for years, until it was closed because there was a replacement card. I also use the Ford rewards app. I get coupons in the mail regularly. I have never paid full price for an oil change before, or felt like I was trying to be sold things I didn’t need. This visit felt a bit different. The service rep was struggling to let me use a coupon on my oil change, and tried to get me to replace parts that I had just replaced within the year. I hope this is not how my services will be in the future. I’d hate to have to change after all these years. More

Everyone was helpful that was there, had an issue with a trailer control module and went in about 4 separate times and was told the whole deal with installation and everything was going to be roughly 350$ a trailer control module and went in about 4 separate times and was told the whole deal with installation and everything was going to be roughly 350$ and ended up with a 700$ bill.
