Tenvoorde is a great Ford dealer. I feel I bought a used vehicle that had a serious defect. After four trips to the service dept. they finally thought they had found the problem. It was an electrical problem not covered by my $3000 service contract and it cost me $1600. Since it was there from the day I bought it I would have expected Tenvoorde to stand behind the vehicle. I sold the truck back to Tenvoorde the next week at considerable loss. I loved the truck but couldn't afford the risk of more future trouble. More

Sold a car w one fob. It was certified pre-owned. When the gob came in it was not able to program due to issues with the vehicle so I had to come back again when I live 2m It was certified pre-owned. When the gob came in it was not able to program due to issues with the vehicle so I had to come back again when I live 2m5 hours away. The day I came back there was a snow storm I got a flat. I called and was told o problem. Once I got there that was not how the guy who checked me in acted. I got the fob programmed and a new tire only to get home and the key wasn't programed on the fob. So now I have to drive another 5 hours to get this taken care of for something that should have been taken care of before the sale. I was never shown any features on my car and the dealer who sold the car never got back to me. A big let down after the sale. More
