I’ve been for service 4-5 times and yet to get out in a reasonable amount of time, even with appointments. This visit I got up at 4:30am to make the 1.5 hour drive and be their first appt if the day at 7: reasonable amount of time, even with appointments. This visit I got up at 4:30am to make the 1.5 hour drive and be their first appt if the day at 7:00a. I was assured several times this would be a one hour visit at the absolute most and it took 1 hour 28 minutes. I’ve never experienced a business so disrespectful of my time. I absolutely will not go back. I have written letters, sent emails and made my feelings known to them in person. They do not see the problem. The worst was when I made an appt to swap out summer tires for winter (both sets were on wheels, just loosen the lugs, swap the tires, tighten the lugs).... 1 hour 39 minutes and absolutely no apology. And I will spare their smugness toward me as a female for another day. Absolutely infuriating. More

I haven’t been very impressed with the lack of communication. I have called multiple times and never received calls back from the manger as well as sales.
