Purchased my vehicle on a lease. Was not told about any special options. Then I got a crappy offer for a 2004 ford pickup with normal wear & tear. $500 trade value blue book around 5 Was not told about any special options. Then I got a crappy offer for a 2004 ford pickup with normal wear & tear. $500 trade value blue book around 5k. This was insulting for me so immediately. The manager steps it up to 2k. I figure that's fair. I wanted to pay for some accessories and was told the pricing at $408. I offered 5k for 3k accessories and the down payment. They stayed now I can get the special lease. $329. 7k total 3k down 3k accessories. 1k should bring my value up??? Somehow there business manager sold me a gap then proceeded to tell me that my payment would be $449. I was there for near to 5 hours. Very tired just wanted to get home. I signed up. Was told I get remote keyless start. That's the only luxury I wanted. Got home and didn't even know how to turn on the cargo light. So I could keep my stuff from being stolen. Got a sales review immediately but that's good for 48 hours. I read the manual and down loaded app. They want $90 for the remote start. I still don't know how the radio works. Found the phone charger by accident. I continue to think about the deal that I got blind sided on and feel ripped off. Nice going teton toyota another unhappy customer. Oh the navigation will cost me more too. What a ripoff. Hope you learn how to explain what people are paying for I don't have any clue. Thanks for getting all this info to me. I do not recommend teton toyota to anyone needing a vehicle. A bunch of crooks work there. Have a nice day. More

The ever pleasant herd of employees meandering with nothing to do are quick to get you waiting to constantly ask for more and more documentation. Unfortunately when you are well informed and present the question to sales as to why a car that was sold at Wackerli for $23,000 new was suddenly increased to $25,795 (12.2%) after they did and oil change, resurface of the rotors, replaced the brake pads, and windshield wipers...they stop responding to you and send you a template email basically telling you to screw off. Most folk do not use the resources that Teton Toyota use themselves to get informed, customer service should not be like getting a lobotomy with no anesthesia. More

The service department was friendly easy to talk to however I felt like I had to harass them to get updates on my car. The sales department was not as easy to work with. I felt like they weren’t listening to me and only were interested in selling me a car payment with high interest rates. The moment I mentioned paying all cash they were of no help and even stopped responding to me. They were insulting and the only way I got an answer is if my husband called. This dealership is unwilling and incapable of working with women. There inventory is limited and they have no way of working with other dealerships to help you find a good car that is a good fit for your family. I am remain 2 months later with out a car. They did not fix my old, nor sell me a new or used car despite communicating my needs and frustrations and y willingness to pay for a car. I would recommend finding a different dealership that is willing to work with women to buy a family car. More
