I come as a very satisfied customer. I had to take in my truck for a same day/no appointment oil change service, and Texan GMC was able to get me in and out with no issues. I have used the service department multiple times and have been disappointed by their efficiency every time. I always had an appointment, arrived prior to my time, and had simple oil changes and tire rot have been disappointed by their efficiency every time. Misdiagnosed my vehicle and when told they came back with the right diagnosis after they had to be told to recheck it. And charged me 214.68, did a labor fee and when I asked what that was, was told it's the the right diagnosis after they had to be told to recheck it.
