I come as a very satisfied customer. I had to take in my truck for a same day/no appointment oil change service, and Texan GMC was able to get me in and out with no issues. the worst customer service. I bought a truck last year and the grill was stained. The dealer told me we had to return the part because it had been 2 months and I asked for an explanation and he just laughed and told me ok, I live 90 miles away and that's inconvenient and they told me they were going to reorder the grill and until now I have not received any calls and it has been 8 months since I bought the truck More
I have used the service department multiple times and have been disappointed by their efficiency every time. I always had an appointment, arrived prior to my time, and had simple oil changes and tire rot have been disappointed by their efficiency every time. It has never taken less then an hour and a half, and I have tried morning, noon, and afternoon visits. The last time over two hours. I will not return for service visits. More
Misdiagnosed my vehicle and when told they came back with the right diagnosis after they had to be told to recheck it. And charged me 214.68, did a labor fee and when I asked what that was, was told it's the the right diagnosis after they had to be told to recheck it. Ended up fixing my vehicle myself in 15 minutes, something they wanted to charge 2 hours of labor on. More
