Had high hopes for this dealership because they had the exact car I wanted in stock. Unfortunately after 2 weeks of working with Melvin Moore, him and his team completely reneged on the deal we had both ag exact car I wanted in stock. The only reason he gave was because a sales manager had quit and he could no longer honor his word. Weeks of them essentially harassing me to purchase the vehicle, calling and emailing nonstop all to try and bait and switch the price at the last second. Absolutely atrocious way to do business! Stay far away from these guys. More

This is not my first purchase at Texas Auto North and there is good reason for that. First and foremost is David Melendez. Not just the sale but after the sale when it really counts. Secondly, the dealership philosophy is second to none. Their slogan "we sell the cars you want to drive" has to be the most accurate in the business. Texas Auto North (or South) has to be on your list to check out when you are in the market. If not, you are only hurting yourself. More

Don't come here. Initially, they seemed nice and friendly - very eager to sell us a car. Upon purchasing said car, we noticed numerous issues with the car, costing over $2k in fixes. We purchased an "as is" - very eager to sell us a car. Upon purchasing said car, we noticed numerous issues with the car, costing over $2k in fixes. We purchased an "as is" car, so that was not the issue. The issue is upon asking for the initial 98-point inspection done on the car, no one would answer their phone or email after numerous attempts. Upon physically going into the store and waiting, we were promised the report by three MANAGERS, but to no avail. Further, we spent an additional $6,000 dollars for their Platinum Protection plan which turns out cannot be used anywhere but their mechanic shop (we were told it would be accepted at FireStone, etc.). Needless to say, we canceled the completely useless warranty plan and won't be going back to Texas Auto North again. Don't waste your time or energy here - more stress than its worth. More

I purchased a vehicle without physically seeing it because I was in Kansas City , Mo area. The salesman assured me it was in excellent mechanical condition. Several people had driven it and wanted to buy it but was unable to secure financing , I needed to jump on this . They called me continually to complete purchase. I paid them by certified check and had vehicle delivered to trusted dealer and service department I use here in town. When the vehicle arrived it would not start or even jump start, there are numerous issues that will not allow it to even pass inspection so it can be tagged. I contacted North Texas Auto over a week ago and am not getting any response , calls and e-mail are not returned . They are truly mispresenting themselves online. There is no way their service department had went over this car or if so they intentionally put a vehicle on their lot that is not drivable. Also I paid them $3,000 over the book value so they were representing this as a vehicle in great condition. More
