Fast and easy but not friendly I recently purchased a vehicle online and the transaction was really quite flawless. The vehicle was exactly as described and I got a great deal. Having said that, I am disappointed with the service from the salesperson. As an online buyer, I would expect a salesperson to be patient with someone contemplating spending $30,000 on a vehicle they have never seen or driven. Unfortunately I got the impression that I was just another number to Lorie. When I picked up the vehicle, after flying from out of state, she barely introduced herself before she was shoving me out the door without so much as a simple walk around on the vehicle. I received NO paperwork from the transaction so registering the vehicle when I got home was a no go. When I called Lorie, she first stated that the finance office should be mailing me the paperwork. Okay great. A week later, nothing. (This was actually 3 weeks after the purchase was finalized) On the second call, she stated that she would have someone from the finance office give me a call right away. 4 days later, nothing. On the third call she sounded very impatient and even said, “You financed with Wells Fargo. We (meaning the dealership) are done with you.” If the bank was supposed to send me the paperwork, why didn’t she mention that the first time instead of telling me that their finance office was sending stuff? She then abruptly said she would have someone from finance call me. I won’t hold my breath. As a dealership, I think TA offers quality vehicles at a good price. As a salesperson, Lorie could take a few classes in customer service and appreciation. I guess that’s the price you pay for a good deal. More

Great Customer Service Kenyon went above and beyond what he needed to do helping us find the right vehicle!
