Got me in and out in a timely manner My battery had totally discharged while on a two week vacation. Also installed a software update dealing with the alternator. Communication was great and I was out in about an hour and a half. All covered by my warranty. More

It was obviously a busy day for the service team but I was welcomed in and treated as if I were the only customer there. The waiting area was tidy with snacks, drink and WiFi.
