Awful service! ! Brought my Volvo in to check up my door and suspension, the guy treated me like he does not want to help. I don’t think they even check the car, the ! I still have problems with the driver door not closing properly and that he said Volvo has a good seal on their cars. I am not a professional car mechanic but I know what I am talking about. Roberto in the service department has a bad attitude! I will just go to the other Volvo dealership for this! More

I left another Volvo dealer, because i could not get them to acknowledge me (vs my husband) as the owner of my car. In addition, the service was poor at best. I switched to Autobarn Volvo of Oak Park and hav to acknowledge me (vs my husband) as the owner of my car. In addition, the service was poor at best. I switched to Autobarn Volvo of Oak Park and have experienced the complete opposite. I feel partnered around my car. Their communication is excellent. They are flexible, fair, and I always know the status of my car. Robert and Jamar in service are particularly excellent but everyone has always been amazing. I can't see enough about the team. More
