Awesome 2015 X3 Chris Lykins is a very knowledgeable sales person and helped me choose the right model and option configuration. New 335i to Replace My 15-Year-Old-from-New 328i Chris Lykins' whole approach meant we had an excellent purchasing experience, and he did have to be very patient since it was two years before we were Chris Lykins' whole approach meant we had an excellent purchasing experience, and he did have to be very patient since it was two years before we were ready to buy the vehicle! He gave us a great day in early 2012 when we visited to test drive the then new F30 3 Series, but it wasn't possible to specify the vehicle we wanted so we waited. We'd enjoyed how he'd looked after us so well that when the time came for us to buy a few months ago we called him up even though there are several BMW dealers much nearer to us. He's a real enthusiast himself who cares about the cars and it was clear that our experience really mattered to him. Our order was arranged over the phone/email and using his knowledge he was able to find a production slot 6 weeks earlier than our local dealer. He helped us track the production and transportation, we had a very enjoyable afternoon picking up the car 6 weeks later, and he continues to check we're happy with everything (there are a couple of very minor issues that need sorting). We also enjoyed our brief dealings with Ric Koresky and Conor O'Somachain, who also made us feel very welcome.
