It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. Superb Customer Service I recently purchased a used 325xi from The BMW Store and Mr. John Beam. There were a couple of maintence issues that needed attention. John assured me that no car would go out of The BMW Store unless it met customer expectations. Even when buying an older BMW, they treated me like the most important customer in the store. Used car sales went well I was looking to downsize my 7 series to a 5 series. The BMW Store is a bit of a drive, but had the 5 series with the options I wanted. I took the drive to Cincinnati after a few email exchanges with Julian. Typically, buying a car takes an entire afternoon. But the entire process was smooth. The only delay was waiting for the finance person to free up with another customer. But the wait was not beyond reasonable and gave us time to clean out our old car and move our stuff over. In total, the process took less than 2.5 hours which is extraordinary. Julian was easy to deal and helpful. I noticed a chip in the windshield on the drive home. Julian quickly addressed the issue. Buying a car is usually a difficult procedure. I would not say this was fun, but it was certainly one of the better buying experiences I have had. More
