It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. He was courteous, personable, and very thorough as we went through the entire process. Ric, the sales manager, and Connor, the gentleman who helped with the financing steps were also very helpful. The dealership, as a whole, benefits from specializing only in BMW and Mini, which helps them provide a high level of service, but this dealership has quality people working throughout their buildings. I had other car brands in mind prior to meeting Chris and working with The BMW Store, and now I am proud to say I am one of their customers. More

Due to my work schedule, I was unable to make a scheduled inspection appointment with the car. Paul took the time out of his busy schedule to take the car to the appointment for me--this alone was customer service above and beyond! In addition to his great customer service skills, Paul was genuinely honest with advice and well-informed on the products he sells. I met with Chico Robinson for my financing options, and yet again, another fine employee. As nice as could be and very fair with loan options, the whole process was very quick and I left with exactly the financing I was expecting! Overall, a great car buying experience and won't go any where else! I highly recommend the BMW store on Stewart!! More
