Here at The BMW Store we’ve done a lot in over 4 decades and are very proud of our past and looking forward to an incredible future. Our customers have taken us a long way but here’s a little bit about how it all started!
It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW.
There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. Our extensive assortment of well-maintained pre-owned cars are showcased in our state-of-the art Cincinnati showroom. These include BMW models, as well as those made by other marques. Dean helped me as I was deciding whether to buy my 335xi off-lease or get a new car, and he did an outstanding job. After trying out a ton of dealerships this one was bay far the best. I was very comfortable and never felt pushed or pressured. I have purchased or leased 3 BMW's from BMW Store. I have also serviced a fourth BMW at The BMW Store. I had been searching for a used car for several weeks. I found one I was interested in at the BMW Store. It was no problem getting someone to help me take a look and a test drive. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was quick to answer all my questions about the bells and whistles on the car. She wasn't pushy at all. I was in need of a new car. My existing car has close to 400,000 miles on it. I kept looking at mini coopers. New and Used ones on their website. I called and Darrin and I set up a day to look at cars. H 400,000 miles on it. I kept looking at mini coopers. New and Used ones on their website. I called and Darrin and I set up a day to look at cars. He brings me the mini I wanted to test drive and the drivers side is doors is not is perfect condition. I mention the door, but take a test drive anyway. I want this car. So I told him i like this car but' the door was an issue. He suggested we look at some other mini's. I told him I like his one because the interior. He offered to fix the door! Off I was in my (new to me) mini! I returned it before vacation. They fixed the door while i was on Vacation! Even better! Their Service Department helped track down the keys early in the morning before the service area was 'open for service! More
