I was looking to buy my first SUV in diesel and Chris made my experience pretty smooth in terms of helping me decide on the options that would best fit me and help me makeup my mind for BMW- which was a dream come true !!!!! He not only ordered and got my BMW X3 diesel delivered in a short span of 2 weeks but also constantly kept me updated on the series of events that were taking place, starting from getting my loan sanctions to the dates of delivery. He also took an additional step to ensure that I understand the features of the car at the time of delivery and helped me configure my car keys to the settings that would help me drive it conveniently! These guys made it too easy to buy my X5M ! This is my fourth purchase from The BMW store. We haven't owned a BMW for a while, so I haven't been to the dealership for years. I was kind of wind This is my fourth purchase from The BMW store. We haven't owned a BMW for a while, so I haven't been to the dealership for years. I was kind of window shopping one day looking for my next SUV online. I submitted contact information on the web site and within 10 minutes received an email from Chris Lykins. We went back and forth a couple times and settled on a price. Chris called me and did a credit application over the phone. I never set foot in the dealership until my X5M arrived. I met with Jemar Dubose to wrap up the lease documents. At that point Ric Koresky introduced himself to me during the extensive vehicle orientation process. From start to finish this was easily the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle ! Needless to say, the X5M is everything I imagined it could be ! More

My new car is beautiful and I love the LED headlights which are a "game-changer" for those of us who do not have the best night vision.
