Botched Repair Terrible Customer Service 3 visits, still didn't fix my driveshaft clunking despite giving them a TSB on the issue. Ended up with an upper ball joint failure after they repaire 3 visits, still didn't fix my driveshaft clunking despite giving them a TSB on the issue. Ended up with an upper ball joint failure after they repaired the lower one, then they claimed it was not a faulty repair it just broke of old age. Sorry, but a stud does not fail on its own after 100k miles of solid service within less than 100 miles after being touched by a mechanic. I would have been fine with the matter had Chuck Turk their service manager not have been dismissive and patronizing refusing to accept full responsibility. They fixed the bare minimum to get me off their back, I'm left with a nice scratched wheel and a sour taste in my mouth. Not even a single gesture was made to repair the customer relationship so that's why they are now getting 1 star from me. Avoid at all costs, next time I will drive ten times further to a competent dealership. More
