I received great service from The Chevy Exchange in Lake Bluff. I was impressed with the team of GM Rafat, Rob Johns and Cass Harb, but mostly with my salesperson Viviana. Once the vehicle was delivered, she walked me through the process. She also gave me great instructions on the vehicle operation.
