Not impressed. Went there to order a bed liner and cover, couldn’t see the parts computer because of a thick plastic barrier. Couldn’t access it on my phone. Left a message, got to call back. Phoned bank, left another massage. This is rediculous. More

I took a van with a wiring harness fire damage in. They gave me a price around $6,000 and I got the work done in 1/3 the time quoted for 1/3 the price at another dealership. I do mind being given a "go away" price that would have shafted me had I accepted it. I'm not a soft-skinned person, and don't get irritated easily. I felt that there was dishonesty and deceit involved in how I was treated by the service writer and am now happy to drive 25 miles down the freeway to their competitor, who has yet to give me the creeps. They did NOT do the work for me. More
